As the owner and lead trainer at MJ Fit, I dedicate all my energy and focus into making sure each of my clients achieves a body and lifestyle she is proud of and able to maintain forever. I hold myself to the highest standard and am always looking for opportunities to continue learning. I love working with special populations as well as those looking for general fitness and personal training in the Denver area.
I strive to direct positive lifestyle changes in all women, including professionals, homemakers, and every woman in between. Though my focus is on adult women, I also have tailored training regimens for children and young adults. I am a competitive athlete myself and absolutely love working with clients who have that same competitive drive! Another specialty of mine is working with clients who have learning disabilities; I have trained both girls and boys with Down Syndrome, Autism, ADD, ADHD, and Dyspraxia and the progress we’ve made working together has been incredible! My Women’s Health Training Denver features mobility, flexibility, and stability to make my clients feel strong and confident. My personal training for children is dependent upon age, athletic ability, injuries and goals for athletic training, and for clients with learning disabilities I take into account level of functioning, understanding, confidence, and personal goals.
Fitness is an integral part of achieving strength and self-confidence. Thus, the main objective of our women’s strength training programs are to strengthen both the mind and body. All my packages are different, but tied with a unique thread: healthy eating and healthy living.
