Easy Prep Burrito Bowls

These burrito bowls are easy to customize and can be thrown together in a matter of minutes. Full of a variety of produce and colors, they are healthy, nutritious and you can feel good about including these in your weekly prep.

1-2 cups lettuce

1 cup cooked chicken, diced, shredded or sliced. (rotisserie works well)

¼ cup frozen corn

3 oz canned black beans

Diced green chiles to taste

½ cup Rice

½ avocado

Place all ingredients in meal prep container and store in refrigerator until ready to eat.

Garnish with salsa, sour cream, green onion and shredded cheese
